Slugriculture - UC Santa Cruz (Santa Cruz, CA)

Slugriculture built a modular, low cost geospatial AI vision system for early crop stress detection that scales from handheld devices to drone mounted mapping units. Using 360 degree RGB and multispectral imaging with off the shelf hardware and open source software, the platform generates GPS tagged datasets, real time analytics, and 3D reconstructions for growers. The tiered design lets small and mid scale farms start with simple tools and expand into more advanced aerial mapping as needs grow. By catching crop stress, pest damage, and other issues earlier without specialized expertise, Slugriculture helps producers access precision agriculture capabilities that were previously too expensive or complex.
