Academy

Introducing the Academy Division, the Farm Robotics Challenge is now open to middle school and high school students for the first time.

In 2026, the Farm Robotics Challenge is proud to launch the Academy Division, welcoming middle school and high school students into the world of agricultural robotics. From FFA chapters and 4-H clubs to CTE programs and charter schools, 30 Academy teams are tackling real farm problems with creativity, determination, and hands-on engineering.

These aren't just school projects, they're working prototypes solving problems that real farmers face today.
