Team Precision Stackers developed an autonomous robotic palletizer for small to medium-scale agricultural seed companies. The system reduces physical labor requirements, increases packaging efficiency, and is a cheaper option for seed distributors and farmers that have facilities that are not equipped for large-scale industrial robotic solutions.

There is a lack of robotic palletizing solutions tailored for smaller-scale agricultural operations as most of the available robotic systems are designed for large production facilities. Increasing challenges related to labor access and worker safety are driving the need for new innovations in the sector.
